Prior to my sales in Real Estate I had various positions in both Commercial and Savings and Loan Banks managing Residential and Small Business Loans as well as other installment loans.  I managed retail branch offices throughout the Westside of Cleveland and Lorain County for 17 years.  I’ve seen it all!  I know the pitfalls in mortgage lending and title closing and I’m here to keep your purchase or sale on track and running smoothly.  I have come to know most full time Realtors in this area and have a proven track record for negotiating successfully to meet my buyers and sellers requirements.
